DM Champ Docs

Free Trial

Some of our ad offers come with a 7-day free trial of a DM Champ plan. If you signed up through one of those offers, this page explains how the trial works, what you can do during it and how to cancel before you are charged.

The trial is only part of those ad offers. Buying from the pricing page is paid upfront and has no trial. See Plans & Pricing.

How It Works

  1. Create your account. You sign up first, before you pick a plan or enter a card.
  2. Build your agent. A short setup builds your first AI agent from your website, and you can test it straight away.
  3. Pick a plan. Choose Business, Agency or Agency Unlimited, monthly or yearly, and add your card. Your 7 days start here.
  4. Use the app. Connect your channels and let your agent reply to real customers.
  5. Day 8. Your card is charged for the plan you picked and your plan simply continues. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

A card is required to start the trial. You are not charged anything during the 7 days.

Before You Pick a Plan

Between creating your account and picking a plan, you can build your agent and try it out in the app. Connecting a channel, sending messages, launching broadcasts and turning on automations need a plan. When you click one of those, the app asks you to pick a plan first. Your trial starts when you do.

Credits During the Trial

Your plan comes with trial credits for the 7 days:

Plan Credits during the trial Credits every month after the first charge
Business 250 250
Agency 500 1,000
Agency Unlimited 500 2,500

Your one-time 100-credit welcome bonus comes on top. After the first charge, your plan’s normal monthly credits arrive as usual. See What Uses Credits for what spends them.

Who Can Get the Trial

  • The trial is for new accounts that sign up through one of our ad offers.
  • There is one trial per person and per card. If you or your card already had a trial, your plan starts paid straight away.
  • Monthly and yearly plans can both start with the trial. Yearly plans still carry the 90-day money-back guarantee after the first charge.

Before the Trial Ends

We email you 3 days before your trial ends, so the charge never comes as a surprise. While the trial runs, a banner at the top of the app shows how many days are left, and Settings → Billing shows the date of the first charge and the amount.

How to Cancel During the Trial

  1. Go to Settings → Billing, in the Manage billing card.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Pick a reason, tell us a little more, and click Continue.
  4. Click Cancel subscription (or Cancel anyway) on the last screen.

Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. You keep using the app until the end of the 7 days. The full cancel flow is described in Downgrading or Cancelling.

If the First Charge Fails

If the charge on day 8 does not go through:

  • The trial credits are removed from your account.
  • Your account is locked until you update your card.
  • Phone numbers rented on your account are released.

To get back in, update your card from the screen the app shows you. As soon as a charge succeeds, your account unlocks by itself and your plan carries on.
