Reselling LinkedIn Outreach to Your Clients
LinkedIn Outreach finds your client’s ideal customers on LinkedIn, sends the connection requests and holds the first conversations with an AI agent. As an agency you can offer it to your sub-accounts under your own brand: it runs on its own domain with your name, logo and colours, your clients open it from their DM Champ menu already signed in, and it is paid from the same credits they already use.
Reselling LinkedIn Outreach is a Champions Circle benefit. As a member you see a LinkedIn outreach choice when you add a white label domain, and LinkedIn Outreach in your sub-account features and plan features. Your clients only get it when you switch it on for them.
Step 1: Add a LinkedIn Outreach domain
- Open Settings, then White Labeling.
- Click the Add white label tile.
- Under What this domain opens, pick the LinkedIn outreach option instead of This app. Its note reads “LinkedIn outreach under your brand. Clients open it from the menu here, already signed in.”
- Enter a subdomain you control, for example
linkedin.youragency.com, and click Add domain. - Add the CNAME record shown at your DNS provider, the same way as for your main domain (see Custom Domain). The certificate and routing are set up for you.
The new domain gets its own card in Your white label domains, marked Served by the LinkedIn outreach app. It counts toward your three white label domains.
Brand it
Select the domain’s card to edit its brand. LinkedIn Outreach uses the name, logos, colours, support email and links you set here. Settings that only shape the main app (themes, fonts, appearance, the login screen, custom CSS, extra hosts, integration names and the help menu) are hidden for this domain, because they do not apply to it.
The app name you give this domain is also the name your clients see in their menu, so pick the name you want them to know it by.
A LinkedIn Outreach domain is never your main domain, never a domain a plan is sold on, and never a sub-account’s white label. Those stay on your app domains.
Step 2: Give your clients access
A client needs LinkedIn Outreach switched on before it can open it. You can do that in two places:
- On a plan. In SaaS Mode, edit a pricing tier and switch on LinkedIn Outreach in its features, next to Find Leads. Every client on that tier gets it, and keeps it at every renewal.
- On one client. In Sub Accounts, open the client’s Edit modal and switch on LinkedIn Outreach under Features.
The switch only appears when your own account has LinkedIn Outreach. As with every feature, a client on a paid tier gets the tier’s feature list back at each renewal, so put LinkedIn Outreach in the tier for anything the client should keep (see Managing Sub-Account Features).
What your clients see
A client with access gets one new entry in their side menu, named after your LinkedIn Outreach domain’s app name (or LinkedIn Outreach when no name is set). Clicking it opens their LinkedIn workspace on your LinkedIn Outreach domain in a new tab, already signed in. Their DM Champ tab stays open.
Inside, everything carries your brand. The client connects its own LinkedIn account, sets up its agent and works its leads. It never sees a bill or an API key there, and its credit balance is shown at the bottom of the sidebar.
You can hide the entry like any other menu item with Menu Visibility. A client without access does not see the entry at all; if it follows an old link, it is told LinkedIn outreach is not on its plan and to ask whoever manages its account.
Credits
LinkedIn Outreach is paid from the client’s own credit balance, which is the same balance its DM Champ account already uses, filled from your agency pool the usual way (see Shared Credit System). Nothing is billed separately.
- Each connected LinkedIn account costs 250 credits per 30 days, taken at the start of each period.
- AI replies and the tools the AI uses in LinkedIn conversations cost 0 credits.
When a client’s balance reaches zero, the usual rules for an empty balance apply, and its LinkedIn accounts pause with a note telling the client to ask its provider to add more. Top the client up and they continue.
Seeing what each client does
On the Sub Accounts page, a client with LinkedIn Outreach switched on carries a chip in its Agents column, labelled with your LinkedIn Outreach app name (or LinkedIn Outreach). Hover over it to see, read live:
- how many LinkedIn accounts the client has, and how many are signed in,
- how many of its AI agents are switched on,
- the LinkedIn account fees it paid in the last 30 days, in credits,
- when it was last active.
A client that has access but never opened it shows They have not opened it yet.
Your team
Team members who can edit AI agents, such as the Admin and Editor roles, can open LinkedIn Outreach from the menu too. They are signed in as the account owner, the same way team mode works everywhere else. A Viewer cannot open it.
