By connecting Zenchef to DM Champ, your restaurant can automate customer messaging around bookings, menu inquiries, and guest engagement - all through the channels your guests already use, like WhatsApp, SMS, and Instagram.

By connecting Zenchef to DM Champ, you bring AI-powered messaging into your restaurant operations - handling reservation requests, answering menu questions, sending confirmations, and re-engaging past diners automatically.


Connecting Zenchef to DM Champ

  1. In DM Champ, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Find the Zenchef section and click Connect.

  3. Log in with your Zenchef restaurant credentials when prompted.

  4. Select the restaurant you want to connect (if you manage multiple locations).

Restaurant Verification

DM Champ verifies that you have admin access to the Zenchef restaurant account before completing the connection. This ensures only authorized team members can link the systems.
