Feature Details
Channels
The number of messaging channels you can connect simultaneously:
1 channel - Connect one channel (e.g., WhatsApp Business OR Instagram, but not both).
3 channels - Connect up to three channels.
Unlimited - Connect as many channels as you need.
Available channels include WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp Web, SMS, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, Chat Widget, and Custom Channels.
AI Responses per Chat
How many times the AI bot can respond in a single chat conversation:
20 responses - After 20 AI responses, the bot stops replying in that chat. You can manually reset the count.
50 responses - Extended limit for longer conversations.
Unlimited - No cap on AI responses per chat.
Chat Context Window (AI Memory)
This controls how much of the conversation history the AI can "remember" when writing a reply. A larger window means the AI can look further back in the conversation to give more relevant, context-aware responses.
20k - The AI remembers roughly the last 15-20 messages.
50k - The AI remembers roughly the last 40-50 messages.
100k - The AI remembers roughly the last 80-100 messages, which is ideal for longer or more complex conversations.

Sub-Accounts
The number of client accounts you can manage from your agency dashboard:
3, 5, 10, 20 - Fixed limits depending on your tier.
Unlimited - No cap on sub-accounts.

Automatic Follow-Ups
Enable automated follow-up message sequences for contacts who have not responded. Follow-ups are sent as approved WhatsApp templates at configured intervals.
Webhooks and API Access
Webhooks - A webhook is an automatic notification that DM Champ sends to another system whenever something happens (for example, a new contact signs up, an appointment is booked, or a message comes in). This lets you keep your other business tools in sync without any manual work.
API Access - An API (Application Programming Interface) lets different software talk to each other. With API access, you (or your developer) can connect DM Champ to virtually any other tool, build custom integrations, and automate workflows that go beyond the built-in features.
Custom Functions
Build advanced automation directly within your campaigns. Custom functions let your AI bot reach out to other software during conversations - for example, checking order status in your e-commerce system, generating quotes from your pricing tool, or processing payments. This is a more technical feature; you may want to involve a developer to set it up.
White-Labeling
White-labeling lets you put your own brand on DM Champ, so your clients see YOUR company name instead of ours. You get a custom domain (like app.youragency.com), your own company name, logo icon, and search engine settings. Available exclusively on the Agency tier. See White-Labeling for details.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
Instead of paying for AI usage through DM Champ credits, you can connect your own AI provider account (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini). You pay the AI provider directly on their billing, and all AI operations in DM Champ become free of credit charges. This is a great option for high-volume users who want more control over AI costs.
WhatsApp Web
Connect a personal or business WhatsApp account via QR code. This provides an alternative to the WhatsApp Business API with different capabilities and no template approval requirements.
Advanced Mode
Access advanced campaign configuration options for power users who need fine-grained control over bot behavior.
Which Plan Is Right for Me?
Not sure which plan to pick? Here is a quick guide based on common use cases:
Starter - You are a small business just getting started with AI messaging. You only need one channel (for example, WhatsApp OR Instagram) and want to try things out at a low cost.
Growth - You are ready to use multiple channels, want features like video and document understanding, automatic follow-ups, and real-time web search. Great for growing businesses that want to do more with AI.
Scale - You are a power user or mid-size business. You need advanced features like webhooks, API access, custom functions, and the ability to bring your own AI keys to reduce costs. Ideal if you want to connect DM Champ with your existing tools.
Agency - You manage messaging for multiple clients. You need unlimited sub-accounts, white-labeling (your own brand on the platform), and the full feature set. Built for marketing agencies, consultants, and resellers.
Tip: You can always start on a lower plan and upgrade later. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing cycle.
Upgrading or Downgrading
Upgrading
Go to Billing.
Click Manage Subscription or Upgrade.
Select your new plan.
The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you gain access to the new features right away.
You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading
Go to Billing.
Click Manage Subscription.
Select a lower tier.
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Features exclusive to your current tier will become unavailable after the downgrade.
Important: When downgrading, make sure your current usage is within the limits of the new plan. For example, if you are on Unlimited channels and downgrade to a plan with 3 channels, you may need to disconnect some channels first.
