By connecting Formitable to DM Champ, your restaurant can automate customer engagement around bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups - all through messaging channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and Instagram.


What Formitable Does

Formitable provides restaurants with tools for:

By connecting Formitable to DM Champ, you add AI-powered messaging on top of your reservation system - automatically confirming bookings, sending reminders, handling inquiries about your menu or availability, and re-engaging past guests. All of this happens through WhatsApp, SMS, or Instagram - the channels your guests already use.


Connecting Formitable to DM Champ

  1. In DM Champ, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Find the Formitable section and click Connect.

  3. Log in with your Formitable restaurant credentials when prompted.

  4. Select the restaurant location you want to connect (if you manage multiple locations).

Restaurant Verification

During the connection process, DM Champ verifies that you have ownership or admin access to the Formitable restaurant account. This ensures that only authorized users can link the two systems.
