🪝Setting Up Webhooks

Connect DM Champ to your other systems with webhooks:

1. Go to Settings, then click "Webhook".

2. Enter your webhook URL (you'll get this from your external system, like your CRM).

3. Choose which events you want to trigger the webhook:

   • Contact Created

   • Human Alerted

   • Appointment Booked

4. Select any tags that should trigger webhooks.

5. For specific tags, you can check "Generate Summary" to include a conversation summary.

6. Testing your webhook:

   • Click "Send Test Event" after entering the webhook URL

   • Check your external system to make sure it got the test data

7. Click "Save" to activate your webhook settings.

8. For a full test, try sending a campaign to yourself or work with an incoming campaign.

Now your DM Champ is connected and sharing data with your other systems!
