📞Connecting Phone

Follow these steps to connect a phone number to your DM Champ account:

1. Navigate to the Phone Numbers tab.

2. Choose to buy a number or connect your own.

3. if buying a number:

   • Provide a display name (visible to message recipients on WhatsApp).

   • Select your country.

   • Choose a phone number from the available options.

   • Select a category and click "Buy".

4. After purchase:

   • The number will appear as "not active".

5. Activate WhatsApp for the number:

   • Click the "Actions" button next to the number.

   • This opens Meta (Facebook) to connect the number to WhatsApp.

   • Log into your Facebook account.

   • Select the correct business portfolio.

   • Create a WhatsApp Business account if needed.

   • Follow the prompts to verify the number (may require manual verification).

6. Complete WhatsApp setup:

   • Return to DM Champ after WhatsApp setup.

   • The incoming status should show as "online".

   • Outgoing status may still be "pending" (this can take longer).

7. Activate the number in DM Champ:

   • Click the activation icon next to the number.

   • Select "Announce active".

8. Additional settings:

   • You can change the WhatsApp profile (status, picture, website, email) using the settings icon.

9. Test the connection:

   • Send a WhatsApp message to the number.

   • Check if it appears in the DM Champ chats.

10. Usage limits:

    • Initial outgoing limit: 250 contacts per 24 hours.

    • This limit increases as you build reputation and verify your business with Meta.

    • No limit for incoming messages.

Remember, outgoing campaigns may take longer to activate than incoming ones. If the outgoing status remains pending for several hours, contact support for assistance.
