Understanding DM Champ's billing system is crucial for managing your account effectively:

  1. Subscription:

    • Found in the Billing tab.

    • Gives access to the software.

    • Limits the number of contacts and campaigns you can have monthly.

    • Determines the total contacts you can have in your account.

  2. Credit System:

    • Uses AI credits.

    • Credits are deducted when the AI needs to "think".

    • Not charged for every incoming or outgoing message.

  3. How Credits Work:

    • Example: If a contact sends 5 messages in a row, it only costs 1 credit when the AI responds.

    • Multiple AI responses to one inquiry still only cost 1 credit.

  4. Managing Credits:

    • Add credits: Click the "Add Credits" button for a one-time purchase.

    • Enable auto-recharge: Set up automatic credit purchases when your balance is low.

    • Credit cost: 10 cents per credit.

  5. Outgoing Campaigns:

    • The first message in an outgoing campaign costs 1 credit per contact.

    • Example: Reaching out to 10 contacts will cost 10 credits initially.

  6. Phone Numbers:

    • Cost 50 credits per month.

  7. Credit Depletion:

    • When you run out of credits, the AI stops responding.

    • Always ensure you have enough credits or enable auto-recharge to avoid interruptions.

Remember to monitor your credit usage and set up auto-recharge if needed to keep your campaigns running smoothly.
