Agency accounts in DM Champ work differently from regular accounts. Here's how to manage them:

  1. Credits:

    • Your credits are shared with your sub-accounts (clients).

  2. Creating a Sub-account:

    • Go to the "Sub Accounts" section.

    • Click "Add Account".

    • Enter your customer's details.

    • Click "Sign Up".

  3. Sub-account Access:

    • You'll receive a pop-up with a password for the client.

    • The client can use this password to log in (optional).

    • They'll also receive an email with login information.

  4. Managing Sub-accounts:

    • As an agency, you can access all sub-accounts.

    • Use the dropdown menu to switch between sub-accounts quickly.

    • Credit usage isn't shown in sub-accounts as you provide the credits.

  5. Credit Usage:

    • When a sub-account uses credits, it's deducted from your agency balance.

    • Example: If a sub-account sends a campaign to 10 contacts, 10 credits are taken from your agency account.

Remember, as an agency, you're responsible for managing credits across all your sub-accounts.
